Villa Las Abejas
Full remodel. One of the first villas built in Villas Del Mar, this oceanfront, two-story building has been completely remodeled inside and out, dramatically changing its interior style. It features an open-concept great room, one primary bedroom on the upper floor, and two additional bedrooms on the lower floor.
In 2022, the villa underwent a second remodel under the new owner.
The original exterior design remains as original.
Casa Robson
Is located on the beachfront, offering spectacular views of San Jose Bay. This four-story building features two pools. The interior has been renovated in a modern style while maintaining the traditional Mexican hacienda aesthetic, with over 11,000 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space.
