Querencia Private Golf & Beach Club
Set within the exclusive Querencia community in San José del Cabo, this single-story residence spans two lots and enjoys sweeping views of Querencia and San José Bay. Casa Hendo
Caleta, Palmilla
Located in the Caleta neighborhood of Palmilla, this residence was originally built more than 30 years ago and has been extensively renovated by MG Design & Construction. Over 65% of the existing structure was reimagined to introduce a more contemporary architectural language while preserving the character of the original home. The redesigned spaces include guest accommodations, a detached casita, and areas for work and recreation.

Casa Tierra
Fundadores, Puerto Los Cabos
Originally designed by architect Michel Rojkind, Casa Tierra is currently undergoing a thoughtful renovation and expansion by MG Design & Construction in the Fundadores community of Puerto Los Cabos. The project respects the essence of the original architectural concept while introducing a new residential wing that includes additional bedrooms, a gym, and outdoor living areas.
New amenities—such as a swimming pool, fire pit, and landscaped terraces—are being integrated to complement the existing architecture and enhance the connection between the residence and its surrounding landscape.

Casa Weiss
Fundadores, Puerto Los Cabos
This full-scale renovation redefines the residence through a complete material and spatial transformation. From new flooring and a redesigned kitchen to upgraded bathrooms, fireplace, and bar, every element was carefully reimagined. The addition of a new pool and expansive terrace enhances the indoor–outdoor lifestyle, resulting in a contemporary and cohesive architectural expression.
Villa Las Abejas
Villas Del Mar, Palmilla.
Located within the Villas del Mar community, this oceanfront villa was extensively remodeled by MG Design & Construction. While the original exterior architecture was preserved, the interiors were fully transformed to create contemporary open living spaces that redefine the home's character.
Casa Robson
Caleta, Palmilla.
Is located on the beachfront, offering spectacular views of San Jose Bay. This four-story building features two pools. The interior has been renovated in a modern style while maintaining the traditional Mexican hacienda aesthetic, with over 11,000 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space.

Querencia Private Golf & Beach Club
Located within the exclusive Querencia community in San José del Cabo, this single-story residence was recently upgraded by MG Design & Construction. The renovation introduced a refreshed interior layout centered around an open-plan great room, creating bright and comfortable living spaces designed for the relaxed lifestyle of Los Cabos.
Casa Lindsey
Fundadores, Puerto Los Cabos
Located in the Fundadores community of Puerto Los Cabos, this three-story residence underwent renovation work by MG Design & Construction following Hurricane Odile. The project included upgrades to the home’s air-conditioning systems, replacement of all exterior glazing and window systems, installation of hurricane protection, new roof tile, and extensive carpentry improvements throughout the residence, enhancing both the home's durability and overall performance.

La Noria, Puerto Los Cabos
Following Hurricane Odile, MG Design & Construction renovated this two-story residence located in the La Noria community of Puerto Los Cabos. The project included upgrades to the home’s glazing systems, hurricane protection, roof tile, and interior carpentry, along with improvements to the mechanical systems. These interventions enhanced both the durability and performance of the residence while preserving its architectural character.

This residence in the La Noria community of Puerto Los Cabos was extensively renovated by MG Design & Construction, including the addition of a second level above the main living area, new glazing systems, and upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, and building infrastructure.
